A bunch of us recently went to the new Kit N Kitchen in Pearl City for lunch.

Our salads came out timely, and they were nice little tasty salads, but the Garlic Pillow appetizer came out quite a while after our pastas.
The portions of the pastas were very generous with lots of toppings (e.g. chicken, mushrooms, etc.). They looked delicious, but every single person in our party thought the dishes lacked flavor.
Also, when a server brought out a dish of Chicken and Mushroom Spaghetti, we asked if it was with the Pesto Sauce or Cream Sauce, and he said "I don't know, I'm new here, but let me check" and he just placed it on the table, and we had to wait until another server came to find out which sauce was on the dish.
And we had to repeatedly remind the servers we were still waiting on drinks, an extra plate, and a side of rice.
We had three different servers who were all very friendly, and it was great that we were able to get separate checks.
Kit N Kitchen offers great prices for their lunch specials, but overall the consensus in our party was that both the food and service need to be improved.

Since they're new they may still be working out some kinks, but I would definitely give them another chance in the future.
