Hokkaido Ramen Santouka

A new Ramen-Ya has come to Oahu, and I hope this one will be around for a long time.  This Japanese chain opened last week at Don Quijote and word has quickly spread.  I've been hearing that the average wait time during peak dining times is about half an hour, but luckily there is a sign in sheet, so you can sign your name in and do some shopping at Don Quijote, or sit on the benches outside and wait for your name to be called.

Choose from one of four types of ramen bowls - shio, karai, miso, or shoyu.  Then choose your size - small medium, or large.  You can even tell them your preference on the fattiness of the broth, or hardness of your noodles.  Unfortunately they aren't serving gyoza yet, but you'll forget about gyozas once you dive into your ramen.
