Nishi Moncho Ramen

One of my favorite non-Japanese ramen-yas is Nishi Moncho in the Manoa Marketplace.  It's quick, tasty, and I never have to wait for a table.  Their prices are reasonable and the service is friendly.

Shoyu Yakisoba is my favorite dish here.  Nice portions of pork, cabbage, and noodles.
