Waikiki Aquarium

On my other blog, Sage and Savvy, I've posted about how Tropicana recently launched Tropicana Juicy Rewards, and how I'm fortunate to be a Tropicana Juicy Insider Ambassador.

We recently took advantage of one of the rewards--for just one point, I was able to print out a coupon for one free adult admission at the Waikiki Aquarium with the purchase of one adult admission, which resulted in a $9.00 savings! (Kama`aina price for adults is $6.00; youth admission kids 13-17 $4; junior admission kids 5-12 $2; children 4 and under are free).

We had a great time at the Waikiki Aquarium. Little Music Man has already been to the aquarium several times, but this was Smiley Boy's first visit.

Although the Waikiki Aquarium is quite small compared to many others that we've been too, there were still many interesting things to see, such as the following exhibits:

Giant Clam

White Spotted Jelly
Spotted Seahorse

Moon Jelly
Hawaiian Day Octopus
Seadragon

Tidepool Hermit Crab

Hawaiian Monk SealsAnd at the end of our visit, our boys enjoyed roaming the grounds.

It was a nice day at the Waikiki Aquarium, and it was great that we saved money thanks to Tropicana Juicy Rewards!

Thank you to Mom Central and Tropicana Juicy Rewards for providing the Juicy Rewards points and a gift card to use toward redemption.

  1. I haven't been there in a long time. Funny thing is I don't go to Waikiki very much except for work LOL :) Great photos :)

  2. David and I went to the acquarium in 2008, when our house was being tented for termites. Great seal show was super entertaining.
