Big City Diner

Not too long ago I met one of my girlfriends, J, for lunch at Big City Diner in Aiea.

It was the first time I went to this location, and it was quite crowded!

J ordered the soup of the day, which was Chicken Noodle...

and also Uncle Danny's Fried Rice.

It sure was a lot of fried rice! When she put her leftovers in a takeout box it looked like she didn't even eat anything!

I ordered the Malibu Chicken Sandwich with Garlic Fries.

It was really good (although I think it would have been better with some bacon--bacon makes everything better!), and I'm sure I'll order it again on a future visit.

The service was good, the food was great, but the best part of the lunch was catching up with J!

  1. The burger and fries look delicious, but I see a plate like that and only wonder... how was the pickle!? :-) It's all about the pickle, I say!
