Fatboy's Local Drive-In

Ever since Fatboy's Local Drive-In opened in Waipio, it's been a favorite place of ours to pick up plate lunches whenever we're in the area, and we've catered from there several times too.

Garlic Chicken Plate: Of course I ate chicken. The plate was full of nice size pieces of chicken (not too big, not too small), and the garlic sauce was tasty.

Garlic Chicken and Teriyaki Beef Combo: DH enjoyed his meal.

Macaroni Salad: We got the mac salad on the side. It's been a while since I've eaten food from Fatboy's, but I don't remember the mac salad being this bland. It had no taste at all.

1/3 lb. Hamburger: DS1 had the hamburger for lunch, and it looked really good--with lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, and Fatboy's Special Sauce. It was a huge burger for his little tummy, and he ended up only eating half.

Although I've heard a lot of complaints about Fatboy's prices being a lot higher now, I think the prices are still pretty reasonable. Although I didn't care for the mac salad this time around, the food is usually always good, and I'm sure we'll be ordering and catering from them again in the future.
