I finally got around to trying Mio Pastalogy, and it did not disappoint!
I ordered the Shoyu Butter Wafu Pasta - and it was so amazing! Spaghetti, Bacon, Mushroom, Spinach, and Nori Katsuobushi flakes, along with a Shoyu Butter sauce, combined to make a bowl packed with umami! So delish!

The signature pastas are served with the sauce separately, preventing your pasta from turning mushy. A build your own pasta choice is available, where you pick your pasta, sauce, and toppings.
The fam enjoyed their meals, and I definitely would get the Shoyu Butter Wafu Pasta again!
