Naʻau Hilo x Walua Social Collab

Chef Brian Hirata of Naʻau Hilo and Chef Chad Yamamoto of Walua Social are culinary school classmates, and they recently did a 5-course wine pairing dinner inspired by their visits to Italy. Featured were wines by Castello di Bossi.
