El Palenque

I had a craving for Mexican food, so ordered take-out from one of my fave Wahiawa spots - El Palenque.

The fam ordered burritos (one of them looked burnt), a quesadilla, and enchiladas plates, all of which come with your choice of beef, chicken, or pork.  The plates all come with rice, beans, and a garnish salad (except for the burrito, which has the salad fixings inside the burrito).

Chimichanga

I ordered my usual Chicken Chimichanga.  Everything was as yummy as I remembered from my last visit, although I did think the rice was a bit too mushy.  I like that the chimichanga is served in 2 separate chimichangas versus one gigantic chimichanga.
