"Despite Mililani Restaurant's extensive menu, I usually stick to two items that I know will always satisfy - Fried Saimin and Portuguese Sausage Fried Rice."

That's what I posted back in 2014.

I also said "I've actually tried a couple of other menu items before, but they weren't anything special, and I'm sure on future visits I'll once again be ordering only the Fried Saimin and/or Fried Rice."

I should've listened to my own advice...

On a recent visit, I ordered: 

Portuguese Sausage Fried Rice

Fried Saimin

Mochiko Chicken

The Fried Saimin and Portuguese Sausage Fried Rice are indeed consistently good.  I tried the Mochiko Chicken once before, and decided to try it again, but I thought it was just okay.  

I would have preferred smaller pieces of chicken, and without the sauce.

Although Mililani Restaurant has an extensive menu, I'm not sure what else is good there besides the Portuguese Sausage Fried Rice and Fried Saimin.  Leave a comment if you have any suggestions on what to order!
