I recently took my middle son to have lunch at Tanaka Ramen & Izakaya in Pearlridge Center.  

Clam Chowder Croquette

The Clam Chowder Croquette is one of several exclusive menu items at the Pearlridge location.  Creamy clam chowder is enveloped in a crunchy, deep-fried crust to create a very pleasant textural contrast.  It's very yummy!  And who doesn't love deep-fried foods?

The Gyoza was good, but it was given to us at the end of our meal (we had to remind our server that we were waiting for it).

Karaage Chicken Curry

I had the Karaage Chicken Curry, and everything about this dish was so good - the flavorful curry, the  perfectly cooked chicken that was nice and crispy on the outside, but tender and juicy on the inside... I'd order this again and again!
