Little Sparrow can be found at the Mililani Farmers Market on Sundays. I first tried them a couple years ago, and decided to pick up a bowl of spaetzle during a recent visit.

The CBM was a hearty bowl filled with spinach and lemon spaetzle, chicken, bacon, mushrooms, cheese, green onions, and a paprikash sauce. If you love spinach, you'll love this dish. It was quite spinach forward, and the chicken, bacon, and mushroom complemented the spaetzle nicely.
It was satisfying and delicious!
