With the Twelfth Annual Hawai‘i Food & Wine Festival® (HFWF) just around the corner, the Festival announced its HFWF22 Sip & Swirl Sweepstakes today with Hawaiian Airlines, Prince Waikiki and Honolulu Coffee. One lucky winner will receive a trip for two to O‘ahu with 160,000 HawaiianMiles for travel on Hawaiian Airlines; a four-night stay in an ocean view room at the Prince Waikiki; $150 gift card and gift basket from Honolulu Coffee; plus, TWO pairs of tickets to HFWF22 events this November. Ticket access includes two (2) Priority Access tickets to the Hawaiian Airlines Presents On Cloud Wine event on Friday, November 4, at the Hawai‘i Convention Center, as well as two (2) tickets to Say Cheese: Crafting Charcuterie Boards on Saturday, November 5 at Prince Waikiki. The sweepstakes, which is open to U.S. residents 21 years of age and older, is accepting online entries on the HFWF website from now through September 27.

Over the next two weeks, hopeful winners from across the country—including Hawai‘i residents—can enter to win by visiting https://hawaiifoodandwinefestival.com/hfwf22-sweeps-2/ and following the instructions to submit the sweepstakes entry form online. In fact, entrants can increase their chances of winning by entering each day, though the sweepstakes is limited to one entry per person/email address per day. All entries must be received by 11:59 P.M. HST on September 27, 2022 to be considered eligible to win. One lucky winner will be selected at random and notified by email on September 30, 2022.

The HFWF22 Sip & Swirl Sweepstakes provides a unique opportunity for travel enthusiasts and food & wine afficionados to attend Hawai‘i’s largest food festival in style. The Hawaiian Airlines Presents On Cloud Wine event at the Hawai‘i Convention Center boasts a grand tasting experience featuring 20 world-renowned chefs and 20 highly-acclaimed winemakers, the largest roster of talent across all 15 HFWF22 events. Priority Access ticket holders will receive early access to the event one hour before general admission to enjoy perfect pairings among innovative dishes prepared by twenty culinary masters including Akira Back, Tiffani Faison, Amanda Freitag and Jose Garces, as well as Hawai‘i’s very own Michelle Karr-Ueoka and Wade Ueoka of MW Restaurant, with special vintages will be poured by winemakers from around the world.


The following day, the winner and a guest will receive tickets to a new interactive class—Say Cheese: Crafting Charcuterie Boards—where they’ll learn the methods to build the perfect Instagram-worthy cheese & charcuterie board every time, as well as the secrets to wine & cheese pairings and food photography tips. Hosted by Alana Kysar, author of the cookbook Aloha Kitchen: Recipes From Hawai‘i, cheese monger Kent Torrey and Master Sommelier Chris Ramelb bring their expertise to this hands-on experience and guests will take home their edible creations on a commemorative HFWF wooden board. The prize package, which includes air travel and hotel accommodations, is valued at $8,450.
