Mark's Place is a must-stop when on Kauai. The constant line is an indicator of just how good the food is, where local-style comfort food faves are dished up during the week.

If you can't decide on what to get, I highly recommend Mark's Famous Mixed Plate. This plate has chicken katsu, teri beef, and some of the best beef stew you'll ever eat (I can eat bowls of it!). Everything in the Mixed Plate is good, but the beef stew is my fave.
The food at Mark's Place is just so delicious, and you really can't go wrong with whatever you end up with.
They offer some great dessert specials too. The Bread Pudding was scrumptious!
