I can't resist ice cream, so when we passed by Rhea's Ice Cream in New Braunfels, it turned out to be our second ice cream stop of the day!

I got the Goat Cheese and Raspberry Jam after hearing a nearby customer rave about it. It was very good! I'm not a fan of goat cheese, but the taste was mild, and when mixed with the raspberry jam, it was yummy!
