Sho's Kitchen Bentos

 

Last week I was invited to try Sho's Kitchen and some of their very delicious and reasonably-priced bentos and monthly specials!  

Located in the 808 Center, Sho's Kitchen is led by Chef Shoji Namatame, who crafts Japanese & local favorites, and has over 28 years of experience in the culinary industry.

Everything was so tasty, but if I had to choose a fave, it would be the Chicken Nanban (loved the crispy chicken with the tangy tartar sauce), although I'm pretty sure I could've eaten the entire Shrimp Tempura with Spicy Tobiko Sushi Roll all by myself - such a great combo of textures and flavors!

The Spaghetti Napolitan is a nice melding of Eastern and Western cultures and flavors.  The Spaghetti had a noticeable sweetness to it.  

The Tonkatsu was perfectly cooked - so tender and juicy (it's obvious why it's such a popular plate!).

Each bento comes with salad (LOVE the dressing), tsukemono, and curry potato salad (I really enjoyed the spice!).
