Nat has been a supporter of
Beyond Pastry Studio from the beginning. I always envied her posts of the goodies, especially the cheesecakes, since it's one of my favorite desserts, so I was especially delighted when Nat gifted me an Epicurean Cheesecake from
Beyond Pastry Studio!
This cheesecake consisted of three layers - a sponge cake, lilikoi, and Laie vanilla-infufsed Mascarpone cheese. The entire cheesecake is sprinkled with sponge cake crumbles.
This cheesecake wasn't dense and rich like the cheesecakes I normally favor, but I loved the contrasting textures, and the citrus and vanilla flavors were pleasant.
It was creamy, light, and delicious!
