To enter, parents can post a picture of their child in costume at their favorite Hawaii Kai Towne Center merchant or at the Marina Docks and tagging @hawaiikaitownecenter. Three winners will be selected based on creativity and overall costume. Winners will receive a gift card from one of the center’s participating merchants.
