Common Ground Kaua`i Reopens with 2021 Summer Event Series

“This summer, Common Ground reopens its 83-acre agricultural campus to the community as a place to gather around story and food,” said Jennifer Luck, chief operating officer at Common Ground. “Together, we seek to share ‘common ground’ and create fun, memorable experiences that inspire and educate.”




  • Experiential Farm Dinners will offer a delightful abundance of locally sourced ingredients featured in prix fixe menus paired with custom-crafted tonics and rounded out with live entertainment.

  • A Documentary Film Series will highlight forward-thinking expertise in climate, agriculture system redesign, and social issues to encourage deeper conversations and awareness, featured on a new projection screen with outdoor seating on expansive lawns.
  • Agroforestry Farm Tours will inspire visitors about regenerative farming techniques and local food systems on Kaua`i. Each tour includes a farm-to-table picnic and optional activities like a visit to Stone Dam, horseback riding, and a hands-on gardening experience.

  • Fireside Chats and Workshops will engage local thought leaders working on solutions and innovations for local and global challenges.

  • Live Music and Dancing will feature favorite local bands and DJs in a new tonic bar and lounge, designed to connect with old and new friends.

  • Wellness Classes will take a holistic approach to self-care by integrating elements of Pilates, breath work, meditation and yoga in a relaxed setting.
