Birria Tacos seem to be everywhere these days. And of course there are the many other Birria trends - ramen, grilled cheese, and more. Even my boss / co-worker at Na`au gave it a try (won't be on our menu, it was just for fun). It was amazing!
I've tried two Birria Taco places so far - Barrio Cafe & La Birria. Where are your faves?
