KAU KAU BOX UNVEILS MOTHER’S DAY BRUNCH BOXES

Kau Kau Box, a unique weekly creation that equips people with a variety of prepared foods and locally sourced grocery staples to create healthy and homecooked meals at an affordale price, has unveiled two new boxes for families to celebrate Mother’s Day in a delicious and memorable way. Curated by the talented Chef Moumen El Hajii, the Mother’s Day Brunch Boxes are designed with mom in mind, and feature a delectable assortment of freshly baked pastries, sweet and savory main entrées and unforgettable celebration enhancements.

“On the heels of our successful Easter Brunch Boxes, we were excited to create and unveil special Mother’s Day Brunch Boxes to pamper the amazing moms in our lives,” said Kat Lin-Hurtubise, founder and CEO of Gourmet Events Hawaii, which powers Kau Kau Box. “Just because the state is still under a stay-at-home order doesn’t mean we should neglect to celebrate special occassions. We’re proud to collaborate with Hawaii’s farmers, fishermen, hospitality professionals, and the local community to bring a gourmet brunch to our customers’ doorsteps in order to make their Mother’s Day celebrations even more memorable.”

Kau Kau Boxes feature a variety of produce and products that are locally sourced in an effort to support Hawaii-operated businesses. The boxes are handled and delivered by Hawaii’s seasoned hospitality professionals, all of whom are equipped with and required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including gloves and face masks. They are also required to use sanitizer spray to wipe down the boxes and delivery vehicles.
