Crunchy Roasted Chickpeas
Ingredients:
- 1 15 oz can chickpeas, rinsed, drained, and dried
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1-2 t chili powder
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Spread chickpeas on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
- Drizzle oil onto chickpeas and sprinkle on chili powder. Toss with spoon to make sure chickpeas are evenly coated.
- Bake for another 10 minutes. Stir, then bake for an additional 10 minutes.
