PAI Honolulu is pleased to announce the restaurant’s first wine pairing dinner of the year. On Thursday, March 26, PAI Honolulu will offer a special four-course dinner. Meat won’t be missed with the flavorful menu Chef Kevin Lee has designed, highlighting fresh, spring ingredients. The vegetarian meal starts with Asparagus and Maui Onion Vichyssoise, followed by a Soft Poached Egg with miso carrot purée, lentils, baby carrots, kalamata olive breadcrumbs and lavender espuma. Chef Lee’s pasta skills are featured in the main course, English Pea and Edamame Tortellini. The dinner concludes with Liliko‘i and Strawberry Marshmallow Tart. (Menu and platings subject to change without notice.)
Seatings for the Spring Vegetarian Dinner are available at 6pm and 7:30pm. Tickets are $95/person (plus tax and gratuity, included in the online purchase) with pairings, or $65/person for guests who choose to omit the wine pairings. Reservations required in advance. Purchase tickets and view additional menu details at the restaurant’s website, www.paihonolulu.com.
The next featured dinner in PAI’s monthly pairing series will be Pasta Night, held on Thursday, April 30. Tickets are available now at www.paihonolulu.com.
