Na`au Hilo - Next Pop-Up March 22, 2020

Over the weekend Na`au Hilo held another pop-up at the beautiful Palms Cliff House Inn.  Below are the dishes that Chef Brian Hirata served to showcase the bounty of ingredients from throughout the state.
