Now – AUGUST 15
Halekulani is honored to present a curated selection of paintings by acclaimed Honolulu born and raised artist, Satoru Abe. A member of the famed Hawai’i artists’ group Metcalf Chateau, Abe, 93 years young, still creates art daily. His grandson, Donovan Satoru Goto, partnered with his grandfather to help create laser engravings of Abe’s drawings, which Abe hand paints using acrylic paints in this exhibit.

Halekulani Okinawa, the second Halekulani, will be opening on July 26 in Onna Village, Okinawa Prefecture. This new resort will feature 360 Ocean View rooms with d├ęcor similar to Halekulani’s theme of seven shades of white, four restaurants, a spa facility with a natural hot spring, and a pool featuring the Halekulani signature Cattleya orchid.
