BRUG Bakery Kahala Grand Opening May 11

BRUG Bakery, the popular Japanese bakery from Hokkaido, will be celebrating the grand opening of their fifth Hawai‘i location on Saturday and Sunday, May 11 & 12, as follows:

The newest location in the BRUG Bakery ‘ohan ais located at 4618 Kīlauea Avenue,  Kamehameha Schools’ new retail center adjacent to the Kahala Mall parking lot near McDonaldʻs.  The space is 1,000 square feet and houses a complete kitchen and bakery shop.  The hours at Kahala will be daily 8am-7pm, although they will open at 11 a.m. for their Grand Opening on May 11th.

“I have wanted to open in Kahala for a long time, so this is really a dream come true,” said Miho Choi Fernandez, president and owner.  “We look forward to serving our East O‘ahu customers and making many new friends who will discover BRUG for the very first time. We continue our commitment to quality, freshness, and serving each guest with warm hospitality!”
