PAI Honolulu Launches Monthly Wine Dinner Program with Scherrer Winery as Featured First Winery

PAI Honolulu launches a monthly prix fixe wine dinner program with Scherrer Winery as the focus of the inaugural dinner of the year. The Scherrer wine dinner will take place on Tuesday, January 29, 2019, with seatings at 5:30pm, 6:30pm and 8:00pm. Tickets are $155 per person, plus tax and gratuity, with an early-bird special price of $145 until January 15. This up-close-and-personal dinner experience with Fred and Judi Scherrer will allow guests to try the California winery’s highly allocated wines and converse with the Scherrers. Chef Kevin Lee has created a five-course menu to pair with four different offerings from Scherrer Winery. Tickets and menu are available at www.paihonolulu.com. Regular dinner service (ala carte and tasting menu) will not be available, however beverage service will be offered in the restaurant’s outdoor seating area for early arrivals or those who would like to linger after dinner.

PAI Honolulu’s monthly wine dinners will be held on the last Tuesday of each month and will focus on a specific varietal, producer or region. Ticket prices are anticipated to range from $85 per person to $155, with three to five paired courses. Advance ticket purchase is highly recommended, as seatings will be limited.
