Visit Santa Fe: La Lecheria

One of our ice cream stops in New Mexico was La Lecheria in Santa Fe, where we were able to choose from several hand-crafted flavors.

Corn Red Chile Lime

Autumn Spice

I opted for the Corn Red Chile Lime flavor.  It was actually really good, and quite refreshing (I didn't taste any heat from the chile). 

The Mint Chip is the most popular flavor, as they use fresh mint, and the ice cream is indeed very minty.
