Best of Hawaii’s Best Kitchens Returns September 29

Hawaii’s premier foodie event, the Best of Hawaii’s Best Kitchens, returns to the Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa, on Sept. 29. The second annual event brings together more than a dozen of Hawaii’s top restaurants on the resort’s spectacular pool deck, at 7 p.m.

With more than 131,000 followers, Hawaii’s Best Kitchens is the leading showcase of delicious cuisine, local grinds and desserts, with photos quickly clocking thousands of likes. At the Best of Hawaii’s Best Kitchens, savor a variety of featured dishes from each restaurant.

Enjoy French, Italian, Japanese, Thai, seafood and more, from restaurants with dishes including:
  • Arancino at The Kahala - Raviolone alla Founduta con Tartufo, Housemade Waimana TDG egg and Fontina Ravioli with creamy butter sauce truffles
  • The Brilliant Ox - Crispy Pork Belly, Chili Garlic Sauce and Scallions
  • The Buffet at Hyatt - Togarashi Ahi Salad with Marinated Green Papaya, Polohi Fern, Wakame, Mesclun Green Maui Onion and Soy Balsamic Vinegar
  • Burgers on Bishop - Poached Butter Shrimp Risotto
  • Chingu Hawaii - Char Siu Pork Tacos with Pineapple Macadamia Nut Crunch
