3660 On The Rise Celebrates 26 Years

For close to three decades 3660 On The Rise has welcomed guests to 3660 Waialae Avenue, presenting local flavors enhanced by the diverse cuisines of both Europe and Asia. The restaurant positioned atop Waialae Avenue proudly celebrates its 26th anniversary during the month of September and this year is full of specials, surprises and delights. 

“We are so grateful to the community for supporting us over the past 26 years, this is our way of saying mahalo. Plus we wanted to bring back some of the classic dishes that everyone loves so much,” Chef & Owner Russell Siu said.

Course 1: Crispy Garlic Shrimp with Honey Aioli
Course 2 choice of: Our Famous Clam & Corn Chowder or the Seared Ahi Salad
Course 3 choice of: Signature New York Steak Alaea, Fresh Catch of the Day or Seared Chicken Breast Oscar-Style.
Course 4 choice of: Warm Chocolate Souffle Cake or our Signature Cinnamon Bread Pudding.

Cooking demonstration, includes wine pairings and 4-course dinner.
Course 1: Seafood Ravioli with Tomato Basil Sauce.
Course 2: Pappardelle with Assorted Mushrooms, Gremolata and Parmesan.
Course 3: Chicken Milanese with Lemon Butter Sauce
Course 4: Japanese-Style Cheesecake
