35th Annual HONOLULU Magazine Hale ‘Aina Awards September 30

Each year HONOLULU Magazine honors the best restaurants in the Islands with the Hale ‘Aina Awards, Hawai‘i's longest-running and most distinguished culinary awards. The savvy readers of HONOLULU Magazine vote for the best restaurants in Hawai‘i in 38 categories. The winners are announced for the first time at this gala Hale ‘Aina celebration and then published in the December issue of HONOLULU Magazine.

This year marks the 35th year for the awards and the event has sold out for the past five years. Attendance is expected to surpass 1,200 this year. The event culminates with a large celebration where the award-winning restaurants mix with readers and guests and serve up delicious dishes, specialty cocktails and wine at four bars throughout the grounds.

The public is invited to purchase a ticket to Destination Delicious to dine on plates from 10 of Hawai‘i’s top restaurants including:

• Artizen by MW
• Budnamujip
• Halekulani
• Koko Head Café
• Pai Honolulu
• Pint + Jigger
• Plumeria House
• Roy’s Waikīkī
• and more!

The event offers foodies an opportunity to try out some of the hottest restaurants in Hawai‘i all in one evening at one stylish location and mingle with our finest chefs in a fun and festive atmosphere.

This year's event takes places Sunday, Sept. 30, 2018, 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at The Royal Hawaiian, Monarch Ballroom and Ocean Lawn.  Tickets are $150 each.
