Consolidated Theatres’ Mililani location
will be temporarily closed beginning Monday, August 13 for renovation, with transformation
plans to include luxury recliner seats, an expanded kitchen to accommodate elevated
concession offerings and design upgrades throughout the facility. For the final
weekend of operation before closing, Consolidated will be donating a portion of
proceeds from concession sales to benefit the Mililani High School Marching Band, and Mililani moviegoers attending
prior to closing day will get a voucher for a free small popcorn, good at Pearlridge
or Kapolei Consolidated Theatres through the end of the year.
Ensuring audiences never miss a frame of movie fun, Kapolei 16 on Kamokila Blvd. will roll out
movie-lover pricing across tickets and concessions starting Monday, August 13. Movie ticket prices
are just $8.50 for all ages and all movies every day, with endless popcorn
offered for $6.00. On Sundays, $2.00 hot dog deals will be available, as well
as a $10.00 Ohana Snack Pack that includes endless popcorn, two medium drinks and
a Nestle candy. The Kapolei 16 location will also continue to offer Mahalo
Tuesday movie ticket pricing of only $7.00.
“We’re excited to have audiences enjoy our
great coming attractions—from a new look in Mililani to our offering the best
value for movie experiences on Oahu at Kapolei 16,” said Lindsey Chun-Hori,
director of marketing for Consolidated Theatres. “Support for the Mililani High School Band as we lead
up to renovations, and the incredible pricing and family fun ahead is a fitting
way to celebrate our amazing communities.”
In continuation of
that community spirit, a special family day event will be hosted at Kapolei 16 on
Sunday, August 19. Free activities for keiki will be provided throughout the theatre
lobby including face painting, glitter tattoos, balloons and more from 12pm –
6pm. For more information, visit www.consolidatedtheatres.com.
