While on my trip to the East Coast, I was craving saimin, and I went to Shige's Saimin Stand to satisfy that craving shortly after I returned.
I got my usual - Wun Ton Mein.
Housemade noodles in a tasty broth and topped with yummy garnishes. Totally hits the spot!
Shige's now serves curry dishes! They offer both a Curry Saimin and Curry Udon.
They use Sun Noodles Udon for the Curry Udon with Wun Ton, and top it with beef.
