Tucker & Bevvy Opens New Location in the Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort

Local eatery, Tucker & Bevvy is expanding its service in Waikiki with a new location at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa. In addition to Tucker & Bevvy’s original location at the Park Shore Hotel, the Hyatt Regency Waikiki shop will be open from 6:30am – 7pm daily and offers the eatery’s signature menu including refreshing acai bowls, smoothies, breakfast and lunch paninis, organic green salads, sandwiches and fresh cold-pressed juice.

In addition to these picnic-basket staples, the Hyatt Regency Waikiki location will also have guests screaming for-- you guessed it--ice cream with the return of its waffle sundae. Only available at the Hyatt location, the Strawberry Guava Waffle Sundae is available for $9.50.

“This new location at the Hyatt allows us to continue to expand our offering of fresh, healthy options for visitors and residents on-the-go," said owner Cecily Ho Sargent. “While we are growing our Picnic concept in Waikiki we also now offer almost the full range of menu items at the Marriot Ko Olina Beach Club in their Marketplace store.”

Loyal Tucker & Bevvy enthusiasts will also rejoice for the return of the eatery’s popular Smashed Avocado Toast ($8.50) now available at both the Hyatt Regency Waikiki and Park Shore locations. Each order features local avocado and Tucker & Bevvy’s pistachio dukkah on organic sprouted grain with lemon.

“Our catering following has continued to grow with island residents even as we expand in the visitor market with similar healthy and fresh offerings as in our stores,” added Sargent.
