Rotary Club of Kahala Sunrise to Host Murder Mystery Fundraising Event

Each year, the Rotary Club of Kahala Sunrise (RoCKS) hosts an annual fundraising event to raise proceeds to fund its community service projects. These projects include supporting local community efforts revolving around educating our youth, aiding the homeless, caring for the environment, and much more.

During this year’s annual event, RoCKS will host an 80’s era themed Murder Mystery Dinner dubbed, “Bring back the 80’s,” on Saturday, April 14, 2017 at the Manoa Grand Ballroom and feature a night of fun role playing, deceit, bribery, and laughter. “Due to the popularity of last year’s 1920’s themed Murder Mystery dinner fundraiser, we decided to bring back the event that everyone was fond of but with a time period more of our guest could relate to,” said Kimberly Tom, RoCKS President. “I’m looking forward to seeing the audience ‘rocking’ their vibrant colors, mustaches and flare. Audience participation is not required for the show, but highly encouraged since viewers will be able to interact with the actors to solve the mystery and win prizes. Those who come dressed to impress in their 80’s themed costumes will also have an opportunity to win a prize.

Doors open at 5:30 p.m., with dinner and entertainment starting at 6:15 p.m. For table sponsorships and event information visit http://bit.ly/RoCKS80s or email rotarykahala@gmail.com.
