P.F. Chang’s Waikiki Launches New Dishes + Chinese New Year and Valentine's Day Offers

P.F. Chang’s Waikiki announces the addition of six new dishes in February including the Asian Caesar Salad, Mongolian Surf and Turf and Asian Street Fries. A number of new wines have also been added to the menu for the perfect pairing.

P.F. Chang’s New Menu Includes:

· ASIAN CAESAR SALAD - Classic romaine Caesar, your choice of chicken, salmon or lemongrass shrimp.
· MONGOLIAN SURF & TURF - Tender beef paired with crispy shrimp and wok tossed in our special Mongolian sauce and green onions.
· GARLIC NOODLES - Egg noodles tossed with garlic and chili pepper flakes.
· ASIAN STREET FRIES - Steak fries marinated in chili honey sauce, sprinkled with salt and pepper.
· CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP - Made in-house to order: pin rice noodles, veggies, spicy broth.
· PINEAPPLE CURRY FRIED RICE - Island-Style fried rice with pineapple.

Along with the new dishes, P.F. Chang’s Waikiki celebrates Valentine’s Day and Chinese New Year with two special offers:

Chinese New Year – Celebrate the Year of the Dog at P.F. Chang’s Waikiki with a special dish. The Salt and Pepper Prawns with Garlic Noodles, for just $18.88, mixes crisp prawns, aromatics, chili peppers, chopped black beans all on top of a bed of egg noodles tossed with garlic and chili pepper flakes. This customer favorite is around for a limited time only from 2/8 – 2/25.

Valentine’s Day – Chef has created a special pre-fix menu for two. Couples will indulge in a three-course menu plus wine for two, $76.99. Start with a glass of wine each, choose an appetizer, two entrees and end with Uncle’s heart shaped ice cream sandwich. Available only on Valentine’s Day, Feb.14.
