Earlier this year, we told you about the future opening of Ramen Manichi at Windward Mall's Pa'ina Food Court. As a resident of the windward side, I was eagerly awaiting their grand opening. It finally happened on Black Friday (November 28).
Ramen Manichi has 9+ different types of ramen bowls on their menu, a few side items, and gyoza, which they advertise as the "No. 1 Gyoza in Japan". The price for a bowl of ramen starts at $11. It's a little pricey for food court fare, but definitely higher quality than what you would expect from a food court eatery.
